Terms & Conditions – Guided Food Tours
 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guided food tours offered by [Your Company/Brand Name]. By booking a tour, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be pre-booked via our official website or through authorized booking platforms.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
     

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the tour start are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is possible if alternative dates are available.

  • If the tour is cancelled by us (for example due to extreme weather or other safety reasons), guests will receive a full refund.
     

3. Participation Requirements

  • Children under 6 years of age cannot be booked or participate.

  • Guests are responsible for providing correct information at the time of booking.
     

4. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • All food is prepared and handled in accordance with Mattilsynet (Norwegian Food Safety Authority) regulations.

  • Guests must inform us at the time of booking of any allergies or dietary requirements (vegetarian or pescetarian).

  • Vegan options are not available.

  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
     

5. Weather & Outdoor Conditions

  • Tours take place in all normal weather conditions. Guests must dress appropriately for the outdoors.

  • In cases of extreme weather or official warnings from authorities, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons, with full refund provided.

  • Marketing photos are intended as examples of typical experiences; actual conditions may vary depending on weather and season.
     

6. Liability & Insurance

  • We carry professional liability insurance.

  • Guests participate in the tour at their own responsibility and are advised to hold personal travel insurance.

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost items caused by circumstances beyond our control.
     

7. Photography

  • Guests may take photos for personal use during the tour.

  • Photos taken by us may be used for promotional purposes only with guest consent.
     

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
